A large and comfortable holiday house with private terraces on both sides. The living room with open plan kitchen has a spacious sitting area around a cosy wood burner. From the sun terrace one looks out on the lake and the fishing landing place. The terrace has a veranda, comfortable chairs and the possibility to barbecue to one’s heart’s content.
Ground floor: Hall with w.c. Living room with wood burner, a dining area and an open plan kitchen. The kitchen has warm and cold water, a four burner gas hob, a combi microwave and a fridge. There is also ample crockery, cutlery and pans. Apart from that there is a bookcase with a radio/cd player and a dvd player with t.v.
There is free access to wifi. In autumn and winter the house is heated with electric radiators (three in the living room and one in the bathroom) and the wood burner in the living room.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer (additional fee).
On the first floor you will find a hallway, three spacious bedrooms and a shower room with w.c. Two bedrooms contain two single beds and one has a double bed. Apart from that there is a large landing with two extra beds if required. All three bedrooms have washbasins with warm and cold water.
